Challenge
Moving Schools Forward >>. Educational Excellence (EdEx) is a team of independent educational coaches that propose on contracts as a team and therefore, needed to present themselves as a business. They had an outdated logo that was thrown together many years ago. They wanted a polished look; a new logo and a slide deck that they were proud to present to their clients. 

Solution
I met with the team to discuss the business, their individual contribution to the team and what they valued most about their work. By uncovering a common thread, incorporating their values, priorities, and personalities, we constructed a positioning statement and messaging that could be used when talking with prospective clients, in social media, advertising, and in proposals. This led to the development of a tagline (Moving Schools Forward) that resonates with their educational clients and clearly articulates what Ed Ex does; brings a unique insight, perspective, and clarity to educational teams. The Ed Ex team received a new brand identity and identity system that truly represents the business and each of the members within it. They have a system of design elements; colors, photos, fonts, and icons, and a branded slide deck that can be customized for client presentations.
