• Start With the Why

    A few days ago I stumbled across this Ted Talk with leadership expert Simon Sinek and his words have been on a continuous loop in my head ever since. The concept is so incredibly simple. But for those of us that spend so much time working in/on our business, it’s good to check-in every now and again.
