A few days ago I stumbled across this Ted Talk with leadership expert Simon Sinek and his words have been on a continuous loop in my head ever since. The concept is so incredibly simple. But for those of us that spend so much time working in/on our business, it’s good to check-in every now and again. Take the time to remind yourself why you’re doing what it is you do, and make sure your brand is consistently telling your whole story. Start with the ‘why’.
